more video games; fewer books at schools?

The first half of this article is about people wanting to bring video games into the schools. Indiana University's associate professor Sasha Barab is developing such that will teach and entertain. They are examining how games work so they could redeliver information through educating these kids.

The second half of this article is about The MacArthur Foundation investing $50 million to investigate whether video games promote learning. They state that kids dont just play games, games inspire kids to learn. Its factual that video games arent bad because 10th grader Shelby Levin is able to maintain his 3.5 grade point average.
